We provide the following online services.
 

1) eAlert - email based service

Subscription to this service allows customers to receive email notifications of debit and/or credit transactions in their account.

 

2) mAlert - SMS based service

Subscription to this service allows customers to receive SMS notifications to their mobile phone of debit and/or credit transactions in their account.


 

3) iTouch - Web based service

iTouch is our full fledged Internet Banking application which allows our customers (account holders) to do the following banking activities through the Internet.  
  • Funds Transfer to another account of the Bank
  • NTC Prepaid Recharge
  • NTC Post Paid Mobile Bill Payment
  • Cheque Stop Payment
  • Enquiry functions (Mini Statement, Full Statements)

Customer is assigned with a user ID and password with which a customer can access his/her accounts through the Internet for making enquiries or passing transactions.

 

4) iTouch - Mobile Banking

iTouch is our full fledged Mobile Banking application which allows our customers (account holders) to do the following banking activities through the SMS.  
  • Funds Transfer to another account of the Bank
  • NTC Prepaid Recharge
  • NTC Post Paid Mobile Bill Payment
  • Enquiry functions
 

5) eSewa - Services

Bank has tied up with eSewa Payment Gateway to give eWallet services to the customers and non customers. Anyone can sign up the services with eSewa online using their website http://esewa.com.np and get the registered ID of eSewa. Now anyone who has account with our bank can load the amount into that ID and do the transactions such bill payments, online shopping, do interbank fund transfer among member banks of eSewa.
